Stable and Aware —The autobiography of God -Lenaa -
book review
In my pursuit of being stable and aware, you lap up all the self-help books that come your way. Stable in thinking and aware of your truth is a pursuit which is never ending and mostly sometimes “life”.
Lenaa is a known actress in South, so I have watched her sporadically in malayalam movies. When in recent times after book release there were some clips floating on web, I was amused.
Consumption of such things from Web is always with a pinch of some “touchings” as we mals call for accompaniment to alcohol. Never can trust them, as we are in an environment where everything is to be presented in a format that catches your attention(sensational or triggering or bizzard). Otherwise, there is a possibility of it getting ignored. So, most of her interview clipping were bizzard, as they clipped them in such a way. That actually intrigued me to listen to her in full length. No doubt there is a psycho gibber jabber, but it could relate to her journey of self realisation to self actualisation.
- I have been bothered by questions from early thirties, which were relegated as anxiety and stress. Little did I know I was seeking some clarity on certain questions, which she explains to be the best possible way possible. I had to read twice to get something out of it. Rightly so, too. If everyone could understand in a jiffy, then won’t we all go around with gucci and armani Halos as well. So it’s a long and lenghthy process, but a worthy read.
In my process of being aware of such things, I consume a lot of content on the same and some times get overwhelmed as well. This book is structured nicely to explain to you
What
Who
Why
Where
When of you, not an easy thing to relate to still, structured well, and I hope to relate to most of it in some more reads.
It’s pilfered with a lot of quotable quotes from her and many eminent philosophers. One of it which I got interested in and so registered is.
What Am I, as an individual, is determined by the right brain, which is the creative centre of the brain. And Who Am I is determined by left brain activities, which is majorly our logical brain and thus defined by choices we make.
So anything which is related to growth spiritually is majorly changes which happen in right brain, so it logically made sense to believe that the stability we all aspire come from all the components or skills which are more creative than what choices we calculative about.
