Shame changing sides!
Conditioning conditioning conditioning
We all are made of them
We rarely look beyond them
Or are we trapped in them
We worry if we look beyond we might know new stuff
New is most times uncomfortable
So we stick to the old
We associate shame with things which are essentials say for needs and wants
Is shame same for all?
Somehow my kin is more shameful
If I am loud I need to shameful, I cup my mouth after being so
If I am expressive, I am so as well, because I saw a cringe
If I am defensive of my stand, I am asked if I aint shameful of being so
If I have a choice, I need to reconsider and think otherwise
So these being basics
Where is the choice for my kin saying NO when it's the right thing to say, even when she is in dire danger.
