Sure, why should they? I concur. Are the people around ready to coexist with a queen? I am not asking for a superior service to the queen, but mere existence. There is a difference in the princess treatment which we have known extended to girl children. She is the princess so she isn't allowed to enter the kitchen. On the contrary, she is the princess, she is as much part of any place including the kitchen as anyone in the house is. So that another princess(presumably the mother of this so-called princess) in the house can have her time to maybe read or think or just get some sleep. By anyone here in the context, I meant everyone participates, so that all are equal on the home front. So extra sleep is an equal right for all as anything is. Then we are all royalty. So it starts there.

Most of us aren't born queen or treated queen-like, but work through it to be one. It's the status she gains by her stature.

On the work front, when you behave queen-like, you are connoted as being bossy and most of the time hormonal. So the next time, the authority is imposed by the same queen with aggression, which is not good for none. Often a refrain has to be exercised not to build that bile up by being aggressive and be more assertive but effective in needed communication. Not an easy task to get your point across in all the din. Here too if there is an equal playing ground, she may not need to work double to prove her point and you may not need to smoke up with a colleague to put your point across too. Most of us like playing games, maybe a habit from those prince and princess years. We continue it to the adult years too and lose energy in playing royalty which is secretly condemned.
