Once twitter pated, would be always

We often scoff at teenage or college(early adult) romances, they are immature most concludes even without checking with the parties in it. Some of the loved ones of these young adults go to the extent of weaning them out of it at any cost, and YA relents as well. He/she cannot rebel as the normal standards say she is yet not a decision maker, so emotional blackmail works out to be the magic potion here to decide against it.

But one thing which I realize is that it is the purest of the emotions which can never be taken away. Don’t we talk of childhood friendships being the most cherished, maybe because those are the ones formed with fewer biases in mind. With the same logic, this fondness seems to have been without any bias and hence that status. Although weaned or abandoned this is stored in the farthest corner of the mind which becomes a reference point in life, sometimes to retaliate, when in a position of more command. Or a niggling pain, which comes and goes which makes you all the more angry against your caretakers, who weaned you off it. Sometimes thus a reference point to blame them for always!

For some, it is a reference point to gauge any future relationship and thus this most innocent one gets compared to others which come in with preconditions of adulthood. Nothing comparable! So always a mismatch. For some, it is a sweet remembrance which is often thought of and the other party is always the childhood sweetheart with dimples in which you used to get lost. For some its just something which was brushed below the carpet, but erupts or creeps out and blossoms !
