Marketing Nuggets — The toothbrush test products of mine

Larry Page, CEO of Alphabet, defined a method for deciding whether to invest in a product. It was called “The Toothbrush Test.” He defined a product’s potential by its use in a day — something that is used one or twice a day always ranked high in his interest levels.

Whats is your toothbrush products?

Listing some of mine. I feel this is more dependent on the demography of the customer whom we are profiling. So here a brief on that.

Geolocation : Bangalore, India

Profile: Middle aged, Gig worker, Blogger and runs a home.

Interests : Tech, Social Media, Writing, Food, Movement.

Zepto : This quick commerce app is my current favorite. Tomatoes are cut and bubbling on the pan, and onions are needed to go with it. There you go, and Zepto is to your rescue. They deliver it neatly and on time. Of course, it is at a cost when you order one item. They have better offers if you consolidate your order. As far as they are not charging me through the nose, I am ready to order from them and enjoy the high of Q-commerce, which is on the high. At one point, we used to boast about Dunzo services, the go-to send and buy stuff. With their inadequate services and the charges (which are supposed to be charged, as of now, Q-commerce guys are…
