It’s not All men, but its always men
In the recent times with kolkatta rape incident, there is a hate which is widely seething towards all men. Are all men to be blamed or not ? It’s truth can be concluded by these different situations we are in on day to day basis.
Its as true, as you often comment that all men change to worse because of wife’s influence. Bad husband jokes to be considered here.
It’s true just as, you all label a ambitious girl a gold digger or slut or opportunist, when she makes quick progress in career.
Its not exactly all men, when in your pals company, you tend to comment on her dress or cleavage or her pooch and pass it off as fun.
Its not exactly all of you, who think a lady who has a tattoo is available for anything, as she is the liberated in your eyes. It’s not all of you who label us based on the tattoo, piercing or choice of dress.
It’s not all of you who think we need protection from you, but not work towards general safe environment, so that we can just thrive as you are.
It’s not that we don’t love manexplanation or passenger side driving, it’s just that we like to be assured of our skills. And make our mistakes.
Not all of you consider periods cramps to be just another idea of us to make you work extra or demand attention. And we deny you a round of sex as a hit on your capability, but our choice.
It’s not all times we need to think twice to take that career move, because it will make me devoid of chances of mothering you always and only on weekends.
Not all of you and at all times think you do it all for the family by working hard at work and we work just to fill our times between chores, which you want done so that you have a good house to come to.
Not all think we are always governed by moods and you can ignore most of that.
Not all think if woman dress up its for them.
Not all even have an iota of doubt that we sit on a lonely stool and savour our drink, is an invite for them to come and have a small talk.
There are certain stereotypes which you all iterated for so long..
So for now, unless any major measures are taken for our safety, we would be safe to think that “its all men” and take measures ourself.
