Thrissur is the cultural capital of Kerala. Our Pooram — Thrissur Pooram, the largest pooram in Kerala, is sometimes referred to as ‘the pooram of all poorams’. Thrissur has played a significant part in fostering cultural relations with rest of the world. Thrissur’s heritage is deeply intertwined with its temples, palaces, and cultural landmarks. Thirssur has an amazingly rich past as well as a pulsating present.

so those were web exolling about my dear place…. where I grew in and thrived till my later teens and moved away. Every time I visit back there is something which I get to discover, a very thriving food scene with its TattuKadas( Road side dwellings which sells the local meats and bread, in the very local way) or the beautiful temples and their rituals and cultures or the art scene which is quite thriving as others. One aspect of Art is the street wall art.

The street art can be seen in many places, around the cultural offices which concentrates in palace road and outside the convent school or college. So they range from public service annoucements, just depicting life as we have or religious sermons.

This is all over the town
