Crows feet spotting — a photo essay
In the name of street Photography, I tend to sometimes cross some boundaries literally and get shooed away from spaces for taking out my camera where I am not supposed to. I have had instances when I was told not to shoot on camera when others might be clicking away on their phones. That’s the bane of carrying a bog device.
I would always take advantage of an opportunity to capture a spectacular moment and look back wherever I am. If that is a person’s emotion candidly, then it’s the best.
Also, some of the pictures captured could have their fine lines showing or their crowfeet evident. I somehow feel that is what beauty is, as it depicts a well-emoted life. Not that it was the thought about these in my 20s when such things started coming on me. Even consulted and injected some liquids to smoothen it. Later, to realize the lines formed are permanent, these quick fixes wane off, and we might not find a fix for it, so let it be. Just as it was a sore to my eyes then, most people don’t like to see their candid pictures and have complained about them not being from the right angles.
I take a lot of pleasure in capturing them, especially of strangers, as there is no validation after that. They remain in my repo to find faint light sometimes, like these, when I fancy.
